REFUND POLICY

Dispatch-only Service

WAI dispatches finished Artworks to the Client’s location(s).

On-site installation is handled by the Client (facilities team or appointed contractor).

Processing & Timelines

• Standard orders dispatch 3–6 weeks after final approval and receipt of any required advance. 

• Lead times may vary with order complexity, volume, and material availability. 

• Multi-site rollouts may follow a phased schedule agreed in writing.

Packaging & Documentation

• Each item is archival-packed, labeled (room/zone), and cartonized with a packing list. 

• Shipment includes installation guidelines and care instructions.

Shipping Methods & Charges

• WAI selects reputable carriers unless Client nominates a carrier. 

• Freight, insurance (if applicable), and handling charges appear on the invoice or will be collect if Client prefers to pay the carrier directly.

• International shipments (if any) use agreed Incoterms (commonly DAP or DDP).

Delivery & Risk

• Risk passes on delivery to your ship-to address (or to your nominated carrier, if you arrange pickup). 

• Ensure secure, dry, climate-appropriate storage on site prior to installation.

Delays

We aren’t liable for carrier delays, customs holdups, weather disruptions, or events outside reasonable control. We’ll keep you informed and assist with status updates.

Damage, Loss & Shortage

• Inspect deliveries within 48 hours. 

• Report issues to [worldartinitiative@gmail.com ] with AWB number, photos of outer cartons, inner packaging, and affected items. 

• Keep packaging until the claim is resolved.
