REFUND POLICY

General
Most WAI Artworks are made-to-order to Client-approved specifications. As such, returns and refunds are not available except in cases of manufacturing defect or transit damage reported as per this Policy.
What’s Eligible
• Manufacturing defects (warped frames, incorrect size/finish vs. approval, excessive print artifacts).
• Transit damage documented on delivery or within the 48-hour inspection window.
What’s Not Eligible
• Color/texture differences caused by ambient lighting or screen calibration.
• Minor, commercially acceptable variances inherent to materials.
• Changes requested after approval or errors in Client-supplied content.
• Installation errors or site damage (Client-side).
Resolution Options
At WAI’s discretion and after verification: repair, replacement/reprint, or partial credit.
Refunds are rare and only if replacement is impossible.
How to Report
Email [worldartinitiative@gmail.com] within 48 hours of delivery with: order number, AWB, photos/video of issue, and a short description. We may request return of affected items or on-site inspection.
Timeline
Approved credits/replacements are typically processed within 7–14 business days after verification.
